Title: Kettle/Peco Boiler
Post by: Palealeman on February 04, 2020, 10:18:42 AM
My Peco Boiler has finally given up on me and has started to leak after 6 years of loyal service! So i am now looking for a new Kettle/Boiler for my BIAB process - preferably a 30l size. Can anyone recommend a good buy?

Depending on budget, another Peco €50, or with controller at €110

or step up to a Brewmonk/Robobrew style all in one systems for €400

or more expensive again, the Grainfather €755

Do the all in ones make better beer, not necessarily - but they do add consistency & tend to speed up the brewday by about an hour over BIAB & they usually store away very neatly.

What part of your peco is leaking? If the bucket is cracked or something then you should be able to replace it with a similar sized bucket, drill the right sized hole/holes in it and screw the old components into it.
