Hi Everyone!
I used to be a member on here (and North County Brewers) a few years back and put my brewing on hiatus while I did a bit of travelling. I'm now in Canada for the next couple of years so i'm back homebrewing. I'm currently using a very basic BIAB setup for 11.5L batches and so far this year I've done 5 batches;
- White Coffee Stout
- My Usual American Pale Ale
- Apple Cider
- Strawberry & Lime Cider
- Caramel Amber Ale
Next on the list is a Pecan Pie American Stout which I have all the ingredients for but I keep getting distracted by fantastic Canadian craft beer!
