Just to let people know that our main IT man, Metattron is planning on migrating the forum from Yabb (crap) to SMF (http://www.simplemachines.org/) (fantastic) this coming week. We are provisionally aiming for Wednesday. This will involve some down time, possibly a few hours, during which the forum will not be available.
SMF will give us these benefits, and more:
1. Tapatalk support for mobile devices
2. Search will work properly
3. Thank You button
4. Membership facility
5. Integration with Wordpress and Single Sign On
5. Wiki function, also with SSO
Migration might take a while to complete fully, but we'd hope to have a minimum of downtime.
