At last here are the photos.
The circular base is cut from 18mm mdf. Its diameter is sized to fit over a plastic bucket. That is what the 4 rubber door stops do. At the end of the day the mill is inverted and fits into the bucket. That dictates the height of the hopper. The hopper is mafe from 6mm mdf glued and screwed together. Coats of primer and gloss then finish it off.
