Hi Guys,

I'm new to this , Can someone advise me on the shelf life of kit beer once it's bottled and ready for drinking.

excellent thanks, and what about storage?, what are general optimal storage conditions for homebrew? For instance I purchased a Coopers Canadian Blonde beer kit today. Once bottled should I refrigerate or store on a shelf ??

The tastier it is, the shorter its lifespan  ;D

Leave it in a warm dark place for 2 weeks after bottling to let it carbonate. Then you can leave it in a cool dark place.

I have a few 15 month old bog standard kit brews and they're still fine.
