Title: Tapatalk support now available
Post by: admin on April 29, 2013, 06:34:18 PM
If you don't like seeing the TT banner on your mobile device there is an X in the top right hand corner to get rid of it.

Not a TT user myself, so feedback is welcome.

Searched, found and logged in. It's working nicely. Good work and thanks.

Lads, how do i add the forum to my tapatalk app on my phone.
I have tapatalk installed a good while - maybe 18 months
Cant figure out how to quickly connect.
I can pull up a list of all tapatalk forums (i think) but there are thousands and it wont let me jump to the 'N's - it will only let me see the list from newest to oldest, alphabetical, or most popular.

If you go into the tapatalk settings | signature | tapatalk signature you can turn it off there.

Sent from my deadly PC using a combination of my fingers, a browser and a keyboard.

@Jimmy, If you bought this through Play store it should not charge you a second time.
All purchases are recorder on Google Play.

To add NHC, hit the Magnifying glass in the top right corner of Tapatalk homepage and start typing National Ho...

@Tube: One more thing. If you read a post using TT and log back to forum using web browser, same post is still marked as unread.
Can you check it?

You sure you told tapatalk to log you in? Or were you looking effectively as a guest?
Is this fixed for you now

I just tested that - it works for me... Same question as above..
you got the latest tapatalk? (although i would have thought for this type of error it would be in the forum code and not the tapatalk app itself)

Is it the board or the topic. I.e. Youre saying if this is the last msg in this topic, you read it in tapatalk, then refresh your browser you still see the orange "new" icon beside the topic?

I think you may need to hit the Refresh in Tapalk

If I close TT and open it again the post is gone, but if after that I refresh forum I can still see it as new.
It's working perfectly fine with other forums that I'm using with TT, so don't think that there is
anything wrong on my mobile.

Have you tried it on another SMF forums with TT enabled?

No, but is it just me having that issue or is it common behavior?

Hey Jacob,
I've tested this on my phone and it seems to work fine.
If I have an unread post on both phone and forum, I read it on one, refresh the other and its now read.
Works both ways.

JimmyM was having some fun with TT too.
He uninstalled and reinstalled and it came good.
He posted here about it here somewhere.

Ok, reinstalled TT and only Topics are showing as unread.
Can live with it :)

I read on another forum that there was a problem with topics remaining marked as having new posts.  It is a problem between tapatalk and smf and there doesn't seem to be a fix for that yet.  We can keep an eye on it an update as new versions are released.
