Title: stalled brew need yeast stat!

Hi lads
Have an issue with a.stalled.kit,  have orders some but it.will be Friday.before.I.get it can.any one help.is.out.. not picky any thing that.will.go.from.around.15-20

Stir?

Boil a little bit of yeast nutrient and throw that in?

If you have lemon juice that is a suitable alternative.

Another option is to crush some raisins and put them in some boiling water to sanitise them. Wont be as good as citric acid/lemon juice but the yeast will still go nuts for it.

Vitamin C and a gentle stir might be enough to resurrect it.
What do you mean by 15-20? Temp? What brew have you on? What sort of yeast do you need?
I could post yeast, but it would not be with you until Wednesday earliest.

It's a  pilsner kit wit an ale yeast AFAIK that's 15_20

Get bread yeast boil in a little water to kill it and add. Homemade yeast nutrient. Make sure you boil it well bread yeast doesn't make nice beer.

Not entirely true. Have u ever tried Sahti?
Had a bottle some time ago and would definitly drink another one.

Never even heard of Sahti but I tried an experiment with Tesco bread yeast, 500g DME and some crystal steeped. It tasted and smelled kinda like..... Well bread. Will look up Sahti
