Mini Agenda:

What to call the brew?
A cask this important needs its own name:
How to top if short?

Just to bump this up a bit:

Called in today to book room for next Tuesday.

Jason was very interested in the Cask project!!

@Brian: How is the hop plant? If dead can you let me know and I will bring you a new one?

Are the other hop plants doing OK as I do have a couple of spares

Mine two died when planted in the back yard :/
Were growing fine in the kitchen, but looks like they are not wind resistant :P

And here are the photos to prove that even the illustrious medal winners of the NCB get it a bit over-carbbed now and again!

Thanks Will for the Hop plant, or Mr. Hoppy as he has been renamed.. I forget.. are hop plants male or female? Might need a name change.

There was a conversation about "Seeds of Paradise" during the evening. My friend got some from here: http://steenbergs.co.uk/

Cheers,
C.

Our hop plants are all young, blushing, virgin ladies. And they intend to stay that way!

Howver coy and bashfull they ain't. Any one who can grow 30 foot up in the air and say "Yoo Hoo Boys look at me" is not the shy retiring type
