Of course we will, as soon as we find out if he's willing to do it.  I know a guy who looks after the fire extinguishers at work, based near Drogheda (not much use to Malahidians maybe) but Ratsathome was going to talk to him to see if he's able to do refills for the cylinders homebrewers might have.  We'll see if he's interested and will post his details then. Hence the PM.

Lets do this the old fashioned way: "Good Old Yellow Pages"

Malahide area:

Total Fire Protection: Lusk: 843 9449

Fire Force Incorporated: Malahide Rd: 847 4491

Gold Star Fire Protection: Skerries: 802 1070

Found a place nearby to fill my cylinder.
€45 to fill my 7kg cylinder. Is that ok or expensive ?

Tried the guys mentioned on this thread

Total Fire Protection: Lusk: 843 9449  (THey've now moved to Blanch)

Fire Force Incorporated: Malahide Rd: 847 4491 (Won't Fill a Cylinder, Recommended AJ in Bray??)

Gold Star Fire Protection: Skerries: 802 1070  (Won't Fill a Cylinder)

SO I guess it's back to D&D in Cookstown :o :o

North County Brewers haven't found something more local?  :P
Thanks

Why not ask them what they will fill?

Like AJ in Bray: Nice New Red shinny bottle, no dip tube and a standard CO2 Valve. 40 notes.

Apparently i had a half tank so didn't need to fill!

Was in D&D in Tallaght a few months back to get two cylinders filled. It was €25 for each but I had bargained with the lad and got them for €20 each. I always pay cash but no sure if this makes a difference. My experience really with D&D is it seems to depend on who you get

Did you happen to see if they had any of the FE's with valves etc. For 40 euro?

Haven't seen any, but they were unloading few pallets of FE when I came so possible that they'll find some. Give them a call.
