Title: Hardcore inspired IPA

Got a brew on today. Based on Brewdog Hardcore IPA.
Dialed back slightly.  ;)

Marris Otter 4.50 Kg
Vienna Malt 2.50 Kg
Crystal 0.35 Kg
Dextrose 0.35 Kg

OG 1.071
IBU 110

Columbus 25g @ 60 min
Columbus 25g @ 30 min
Simcoe 25g @ 30 min
Simcoe 30g @ 10 min
Centennial 30g @ 10 min

Dry Hops to be decided later but loads more Simcoe Centennial and Columbus

Dry hopped for 5 days with 45 g each of Simcoe and Centennial
Smells amazing. transferred to keg and for the hell of it threw another 50 g of centennial in the keg in a hop bag  ::)
sure why the hell not.  :D

How big was the batch nigel? Was it 275g of hops in total? Ha ha ha  :)

started out around the 23 ended up with a keg and about half pint "Sample"
Its a fair few hops alright but you can never have too many really can you.
