Title: Hi from the Mid-West
Post by: Eoink on May 12, 2013, 04:34:22 PM
I used to brew from kits and a bag of sugar about 20 years ago when I was a student.
I lived in England for a few years and developed a taste for 'real ale', spent time in Europe and got to like Belgian beers. Mainly because of the poor choice (and cost) of beers here I took home brewing up again about 18 months ago, did  a few kits, then extract beers and recently allgrain  using the brew in a bag method.

Still very much a beginner and hoping to learn lots from the forum.

I have lived on both sides of the bridge but have yet to try living on/under it.  I have had too many letters/packages and a Sky maintenance man go to Co Mayo by mistake to just say Ballina by itself
