Well they state that "Its not from concentrate" that implies it must be fresh pressed juice with added vit C as anti-oxidant / preservative. As any one who has pressed apples knows the juice is cloudy but why filter it?
Juice made from concentrate: Press the AJ, boil and reduce the water content (if lucky they will do it under reduced pressure but who knows). Now you have boiled, reduced AJ with cooked cloudy bits that may have lumped/clumped/discoloured so you filter the juice (Ok you may do this before the boil) but there you have it. Then add the Vit-C as anti-O and presvative
