Title: kettle element switching off mod boil
Post by: Beerdoh on March 10, 2013, 01:00:30 PM
The element in my boiler is switching on and off Intermittantly, it is working up to a point, but then it turns itself off. Plug, cable, fuses, circuit breakers all checked, and all intact, but I can't get a good boil from it. It was working perfectly until about 45 mins into the boil, then this issue started. Any ideas? I'm mid brew of an imperial ipa, and don't wanna dump it! >:(

Could be a thermostat issue by the sounds of it? Other than that i reckon you have a loose wire somewhere :'(
