Title: gas reg fitting?
Post by: DEMPSEY on May 31, 2013, 05:07:15 PM
I have these 2 gas reg's that came out of a pub cellar but the connection's are such that I have never seen what they connect to. The reg's are sealed and pre set at a given pressure. Any idea's,

Bumping this, has anyone got a link to where I could have this crappy gas connector replaced with a connector for a mixed gas bottle. The reg's appear to be fine.

What way is the high pressure hose connected to regulator? I might have a spare one with fine thread going into regulator and standard gas cylinder fitting.

Alealex, this is the gas connection to the reg,I want to change from this odd looking fitting to a mixed gas fitting for a mixed gas pub bottle.

Diameter of thread going into reg: 9,9mm - 8,7mm (15mm spanner)
diameter of gas cylinder thread: 22,5mm - 20,5mm (28mm spanner)
Hope it's the one you're looking for.

Not too clear on the picture but is the connection to the reg a male fitting.
