Another very important follow up from the last meetup!

Trying to hunt down a decent recipe, I'm thinking of something like this one with stout instead of coffee.

Ed Hicks bacon jam is the best thing you can put on your egg.  :-*

Rather embarrassingly, I was googling "bacon jam" on the way home from the CB meet the other night!!  :-[

That bacon jam in WJK is the mutt's nuts.
