3000 g Dry Extra Light
300 g Munich Malt
300 g Crystal 150
85 g Chocolate Malt
85 g Roast Barley
25 g Fuggle (4.8%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min
15 g Fuggle (4.8%) - added during boil, boiled 10 min
1 t Whirlfloc Tablets (Irish moss) - added during boil, boiled 5 min
1 ea White Labs WLP028 Edinburgh Scottish Ale

Please note this was more of a Scottish Ale than a Scotch ale -
Also I dont think you can steep munich really - it needs to be mashed
- but it would have contributed to the flavour  just not the fermentables.

I might just brew this one myself! I have WLP028 in the fridge waiting to be used!

I took a bottle of this BonSpeil Scotch Ale home to my son, who declared it was brilliant, and he would never buy beer again if he could brew this. Got him hooked!  ;D
