Title: Long Term calender
Post by: Will_D on June 13, 2013, 09:47:29 PM
James aka: P9, aka:Chairman Boss:

Suggested that we declare our meets well in advance. Usually its the 2nd Tuesday of the month, if its 8 or 9 and near Easter or another big PH (like New Year) then it would be the third Tuesday.

Fixing dates in advance gives family people a chance to lock in a day in the future.

Any strong feelings pro or con?

If Ok I will populate the calender up till Christmas!!

I have a big exam on the 17 July - so the 9th July might be a study night for me I'm afraid - could always pop down for a study break ....

Great to have the dates nailed down - thanks Will
