Just opened my bag of Wheat malt from the last GB and its Crushed FFS!
Any ways I need some recipes to use this up quickly:
I brew a decent Hefe Weizzen ( 50/50 Wheat/Pilsner ) but has anyone got recipes for like all wheat plus adjuncts?
I still have whole wheat from last year!
Or does any NCBers need wheat malt?
Smoke with oak and make a gratzer?
Just finished a bottle of a really nice wheat ipa.
You could try to brew something like that.
Also what about brewing another batch of your award winning
