Any kit recommendations / recipes for some class of weissbier?

Recently did the following kit from the Homebrewcompany - http://www.thehomebrewcompany.ie/make-your-own-beer-wheat-beer-40-pints-expire-april-13-p-1637.html. I used a kilo of wheat spraymalt instead of sugar. I scored a whole lime, boiled it in water for about 15 minutes to sterlise the skin. I then crushed it lightly and added it in to the fermenter.

After 2 weeks I racked it to a secondary and after leaving it for a day I then dry hopped it with 30 grams of Saaz leaf hops leaving it for another week. Racked it in to a bottling bucket with around 175 grams of table sugar and bottled.

Its not a very heavy/strong beer but a nice slightly lime hint to it that makes easy drinking. Really happy with the way it turned out.

This (http://nationalhomebrewclub.com/forum/index.php/topic,679.0.html) is my usual. It's good. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1ViZ5avqcE&feature=player_detailpage#t=13s)

Deadly! Thanks lads, both look good. I need to refine me search terms  ::) Make Your Own Beer Wheat Beer not available in either HBW or HBC, but the fact that ye both added a whole kilo of Wheat DME and it turned out nice is good to know.

Eoin - have you made this with the stock ale yeast you get with the Coopers? WB-06 cheap enough so think I'll go for that anyway. Nice one!

I used the kit yeast a few times, but the WB06 is where all the flavour comes from  ;)
