I have the Complete Guide to Homebrewing (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Complete-Homebrewing-Third-Harperresource-Book/dp/0060531053/ref=sr_1_17?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1372421726&sr=1-17&keywords=home+brew) and Clone Brews (http://www.amazon.co.uk/CloneBrews-Tess-Szamatulski/dp/160342539X/ref=sr_1_18?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1372421781&sr=1-18&keywords=home+brew). Both pretty good.
Also have a random one from M&S which is surprisingly good
+1 to Chris on Clone Brews.
A particular favourite of mine is (surprise, surprise) Brew your own British Real Ale (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brew-Your-British-Real-Camra/dp/1852492589/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1373468555&sr=8-1&keywords=brew+your+own+british+real+ale) by Graham Wheeler.
I've the 3rd edition which includes over 100 recipes, but I believe later editions have over 150.
