Im off to Edinburgh next weekend for my stag weekend . Staying about 2 mins from the brewdog bar so im happy and I know where I'll prob start and end up.

Hanging bat and 3sisters have also been recommended but any other pub recommendation would be great.

For pubs I would recommend:

The Bow Bar (just round the corner)
Sandy Bells
The Blue Blazer (great for rum)
The Southern Bar
