substitutions

warrior               --->  columbus
northern brewer  -->  perle

rest of the hops stayed the same.

On tasting after gravity check  the flavour is a little harsh with quite earthy tones I know it will die down while bottle conditioning but wondering if i use honey  for priming will this round the flavour a little
