Title: Hello from Seattle
Post by: Pheeel on July 18, 2013, 06:41:30 PM
Bear with me on this one!!

Brit, living in Seattle married to a girl from Rush and we're planning to move back to Ireland next year. I've been homebrewing for over a year now, did a few partial and now only do AG. There's a huge community of Homebrewers in this area and I'm constantly learning from folks. In fact there are 6 micro breweries within walking distance of my house! Why am I leaving again?  ;D

Been paying attention to what you guys are up to and it's great to see such an active community. Looking forward to joining some of you for a beer next year!!

It'll be close to the in laws ;)

You're right it does need a brewery!! I was in Rush the other week and walking into a local I was presented with a painful selection between 8 lagers or a Guinness. No need to ask what I chose!

The Bleedin Door no doubt !!

IMO - I think the average pub is changing in Ireland - for the better.
