Kits
Hacked Kits
Extract
Partial Extract
Mini Mash
Brew in a Bag
AG simple mash
Decoction Mashes
Step Mashes

Did I miss any?  The order could vary over the last few depending on preference and equipment I'd say.

Brew in a bag, rather than boil in a bag, thanks ;)

I think you're missing spontaneous ferments/sours/farmhouse .. all in or about the same ballpark.

Must have been thinking of all the rice they use in Budweiser!  ;)

I think decoctions are about as complex as they get. Some historical recipes call for a ridiculous number of steps.

Kits
Hacked Kits
Extract
Partial Extract
Mini Mash
Brew in a Bag
AG simple mash
Step Mashes (infusion mashes, direct heat mashes, oven mashes...)
Turbid mashes (for lambics)
Blending beers at different stages of development
Decoction Mashes

I put decoction mashes further down as I've tried it, but haven't done any of the step mashes as I don't have the equipment for them yet.  A requirement for more specialised equipment would make it more difficult.  For decoction mashes all you need are a ladel and a pot!  :D

Same can be used with step mashes (infusion).
