Post by: davybarman on July 31, 2013, 10:51:57 AM
Hi Folks

Finally got round to this site.( Thx Matt!)

Anyway been brewing a cpl years mostly with just kits which I like to experiment with. Glad to see that there is a few in Belfast here. Will try and catch up in one of the next meets. Glad to chat and get some hints and advice as well as impart some of my own meagre knowledge

So here to the NI brewing scene ;D

Nice one Davy. Welcome to the forum. Belfast's fast becoming a city of brewers.

Don't forget to check out full NHC membership and the advantages/discounts it offers.

What kits have you been doing? Any favourites?

Cheers,

-Barry

Thx

Try just about any kits but personal fav are any IPA s and Stouts. I just tweak to my own taste.

But now I got my hands on a few Demi Jons and doing some experimentation on some dangerous fruit mixes !!!.

Hi Davy!

Sounds good - can't beat a bit of experimenting with fruit beers!
