Title: Process
Post by: Spud395 on October 19, 2012, 12:22:20 PM
The paralell brew off got me thinking.

We should include more about process when we post sucessful recipes.

Mash time and temp, how many days in primary, if you use secondry, how much carbonation.
Anything that will be relevent to the finished beer.

It also might incourage me to keep notes ::)

Actually that's a good idea and one that I meant to bring up before. Everybody here knows that given the same ingredients to 2 different brewers can often end up with one beer good and one beer gooder. p.s. moan-ee types can replace the word good with shite but you get the picture. :D

You can blame me for that one - I am meant to be reformatting them with all that onboard.  I am working on one now. Your feedback will be welcome !

I would definitely include a "What didn't go to plan" section.

ie
I always like to hear about other people's mistakes, prevents me from making the same ones.  ::)
