A double batch of Blonde Ale.
One naked.

I'm supposed to be at the office barbeque Friday Evening.
I could detour here depending on the time.
I can head to Sheilas so I can have a few scoops.
Gonna keep it early enough, I'll be there around 6 I hope. It's going to be fairly low key. Just a brew, not a tasting.
I won't be there that early anyway. I'll give ye a hand with the clean up though. I'll won't be drinking, must give the missuz tomorrow off. Pay back for lisdoon!
So if anyone wants a taxi home??? Not too late now?
How did the brew finish up lads? What was the OG?
I could only stay for a few hours and missed any gravity readings.

OG was 1.070 before we chucked another pint glass of beetroot into it. Estimated OG is 1.073ish ;D
Great night lads. Special thanks to Jason for all the work getting us started early so we weren't stuck there all night. As expected the beetroot took on a dark reddish colour from the temperature. I'll be adding another pint in a few weeks after it's chilled proper before bottling to brighten it up a bit. I'm excited to see how this turns out.

No worries, i had to vacate after the first hop addition... which i didnt get to add >:(!!! OG came in at 10.70.... Jason
