Title: The Twisted Pepper Homebrewer Champion 2012
Post by: Rossa on October 30, 2012, 12:28:46 PM
This is the recipe from the BOS at The Twisted Pepper Homebrewer Championship. It won The audience award and the judges award but they couldn't award both prices to meĀ  :(
40l batch. Dry hops only added to one batch - the winning batch. The other 20l were still very good but not as hoppy.

Ok this is an odd request - but is it possible to have a second website that is a mirror of the first -

for example - www.nationalhomebrewclub.com/test

and this would be a replica of the current site - but we would have the ability to post to it and see what the post would look like. I am concious of the formatting.

I would like add more graphics to the publications

Catch my drift ??

The pale ale malt weight is actually wrong. It should be 4.5kg  :o and the extraction is running at 75% efficiency...not 90 odd %  :'(
