Was asked for that receipe y-day, so here it goes :)

Batch Size: 40l
Oak Smoked Wheat Malt - 6kg

Saaz 3%AA - 25g (Mash)
Perle 7.8%AA - 40g 60'
Perle 7.8%AA - 16g 15'

50C - 30'
65C - 60'
77C - 10'

OG: 1.028

Fermented with WLP029 GERMAN ALE/ KOLSH YEAST

This probably also involved a few 100g of oat hulls, I'd guess!

S-33 dry yeast would also work well with something like this. I saw someone on one of the American forums saying a lot of homebrewers in Poland do it that way, and the gratzer I did with S-33 went down pretty well at the Rebel brewer meets.

Yep, forgot to mention oat hulls, and yes, S-33 should do the trick as well :)
