I'm running out of DWB liquor treatment and delivery from England is, as usual, a bit of a rip off. This is probably a mix of easily available chemicals. Any of you clever guys know what goes into it so we could make up a batch?

Have you not tried DLS (dry liquor salts). basically the same and you can get it from the Irish Homebrew company's.

0.95 G/L of DLS adds
172 ppm Calcium Ca
5.2 ppm Magnesium Mg
71.5 ppm Sodium Na
169 ppm Chloride Cl
353 ppm Sulphate So4
Sodium Chloride 19%
Calcium Chloride 13%
Calcium Sulphate 62%
Magnesium Sulphate 5%
