so we finally met up.... after months of the Summer with everyone doing their own thing we finally organised a piss up in a pub !!!
9 turned up in total - which is a good sitting - I guess after missing so many everyone had a few brews under their belts -
a nice mix of beers too - all grains - kits  - stouts -  wheats - pales - porters
the stand outs for me were Mafs wee heavy - some really complex flavours in that - really nice
and Dereks  2nd Runnings beer from the porter barrell  project - if thats a taster of things to come then bring it on !!

there were some other really good beers to but tbh - there were so many going around - I couldn't keep  track !!!!
i had an infected cascade ale - my cider from last years apple drop got a good response on its first outing
but for me I  had a magnum/galaxy pale that got a good review which I was pleased with as it has bcome my favorite pale ale brew so far
some of the lads had bulldog and wherry kits that they got before the summer which werent bad

apologies for the beers I missed ! there were quiet a few !!

As usual Flash had an extensive range of crafts at the bar and has redecorated  - really looks good in there now - nice and homely !!!

As a club - we made no arrangements for anything really - only to try and actually meet up more frequently over next few months !!!

good crack, good beers and good to catch up with everyone again !!
