Title: Coopers stout

Just started this one tonight, first stout.

Went with
1.7 kg tin coopers stout
1kg dark spray malt
250 g dermara sugar

og of 1044

Pitched at 25c

Hopefully will be tasty. :D

It's been on the go for 48 hours now, but has being going ballistic for the past 24, reckon this is going to be superb.

3 days with a reading of 1014, bottled tonight and looking forward to a couple of bottles by October.

1.014 seems to be the norm for this kit :)

Oh yes you can!

If you pitch the yeast at 40C, like ehh.... someone I know did.......  :-[ :-[ :-[
