Mash Name: Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge

Mash Steps

Mash In 67.0 C 60 min
Boil for 90 min

Ferment with US-05 at 19C
Transfer to secondary and add Sour mix
Leave for a couple of months before transferring to Keg and carbonating
