Post by: ColMack on September 05, 2013, 04:20:27 PM
Lads,
I want to make up small batches of starsan in a 250ml spray bottle.
Can someone double check these figures?  And let me know if correct.
It's a long time since inter-cert maths!!

Starsan:Water
1 oz : 5 gallon
29.57ml:18.9271L
1.56ml:1L
0.4ml:250ml

I use the blop quantity, which is probably a plip too much but has worked so far.
Good swill out with pressure hose afterwards and drip dry.

BTW its 5 *US* gallons which is about 4 imperial gallons. But for 250 ml you're close enough.

Yes, was working to US Gallons, or at least that's what I entered in the drop down menu of the conversion website I used!

For the hell of it I might go all out and use 0.5ml for 250ml water!

Thanks lads.

A teaspoon in a litre has always worked perfect for me.
