Title: Smithwick's tour today
Post by: admin on September 17, 2013, 11:25:09 PM
Was mega bloody awesome. Anyone thinking about doing said tour, the brewery closes on the 28th of the month, so be sure to get in quick.

New found appreciation for Smithwick's... only slightly larger brewery than O'Hara's, with dedicated staff who know their stuff. Huge respect and kudos to the lads and lassies who produced beer there.

After the brewery is closed there will be a new "brew centre" built, ready for this time 12 months, complete with small scale copper brewery from Waterford, hop garden, two pubs, café, and classes on how to brew beer.

Considering what happened to Park Royal this is great news.
