Ill b there aparently......someone between yis is gettin me at the airport bus park I aint squanderin 20 quid on a taxi...this club costs me a fortune already....hav a lift back to kildare arranged ;D

Damn, I lent that step drill to Seb, may not have it this weekend :/
@Will: we're looking for step drill/ hole cutter to drill ~22mm holes in ss pot.

Looks like I'll be attempting a Milk Stout - get the yeast going tonight.
I think its British or London Ale yeast (WLP005 or WLP002) - cant remember.
So there will be a litre of that knocking about if anyone wants some fresh yeast to pitch.
I won't known til tomorrow if I can make this, minus has family over from uk :(

As American Style Amber is listed there as well, count me in.
Used that strain before with good results even with AIPA so would like to try it with amber now.
Was initially afraid of 'oakey ester character' but noticed none of it in my beers.
I hope to come to this also. Aiming to be up around 10 - 10.30ish.
I have a load of freshly dried Irish organically (almost) grown Target hops if they are of any use, though I'm sure ye have recipes nailed down by now. Let me know if anybody wants some. I have them packed in 50g lots.
