Title: Toasted Tomato sandwich with Hops
Post by: ColMack on September 26, 2013, 10:43:14 AM
With many people harvesting hops around now, here's a nice recipe for a toasted sandwich with hops.
This is what I'm having for lunch today.

Sounds good. Maybe I'll move some of my hops to the herb rack :)

I tried it and it's not bad.  Not sure if everyone would like it.  Sometimes the bitterness was too much.  Might be best with very ripe sweet tomatoes.  I used target.
