got a few of these kits a few months ago but only got around to brewing while on holidays.

Brew - 24-8-13
Btl - 9 -9-13
OG - 1044
FG - 1010
ABV -5%

1kg Kit
1.5kg can LME
200g carafe III steeped for 36hrs
150g chocolate
150g carapils
200g aroma
150g wheat spraymalt
100g brown sugar

50g Bullion @ 60mins
50g Fuggles @ 30mins

20LT brew.

what does '200g aroma' do for the brew?
