Title: Hello all
Post by: bherdman on October 05, 2013, 05:55:08 PM
Hello All, My name is Brian Herdman, Ive been a home brewer for about 4 years, mostly kits but a few basic ciders and wines in the mix as well. Im trying to make the leap to all grain brews. Ive a big interest in the kind of off centered beers, beer with lots of flavor that starts lots of conversations (not just about the beer). Looking forward to getting in the mix with NHC and getting some good brews going.

Welcome Brian!! Consider BIAB when going AG.   I've been brewing that way for a few years now and I love it, it takes less space, less kit to clean and will make beer as good as any
