Title: Dry Hop combinations Cascade/simcoe/chinook?
Post by: barkar on October 11, 2013, 12:10:13 AM
I have 40 odd litres of IPA / Pale Ale in a fermenter that has nearly fully fermented out at 1.012, I dry hopped the following today,

Cascade 44grm
Simcoe   20 grm
chinook  20 grm

I haven't really paired these before (well amarillo and chinook before worked well but it was all amarillo !) , anyone use in similar quantities ?

Sounds amazing - will be really interested how this turns out.

Have been doing single hop pale ales up until now so we're looking at trying different combinations for the next few.

Could you take 10l for each hop and then 10l for a combination...
