Title: Whiskymalt

Am planning on brewing a nice thick stout for around the Christmas and am looking to include a small amount of Whiskymalt to add a touch of warmth to it. Anyone dialed in the percentage just right with this malt?

Did you give this a go in the end? Planning on using some peated whiskymalt in an 80 schilling in the near future
