I see Irish Seed Savers in Scarriff are running a whole grain herbal beer making course on Sunday November 17th.

And I thought their fruit trees were expensive!!

€75 a pop!

My goodness the Tog/Capital lads could refloat the country if they charged half that!

My wife has bought the seed savers course for me for my birthday, so I am going. 

I don't mind supporting Seed savers as they do very important charity work and they notified members last month that they are having financial problems.

I did their wine making course in 2009 which was very interesting and useful.  They tend to have a very earthy traditional outlook on brewing.
