Sorry about my absence lately but it has been complicated. But Since benoit is coming back for a week at the end of november. Let's have a Benoit brew day. I know that Ger and Germanico have a brew in november but what the hell. How often does he come to visit? So let's have a brew day directed by him. What do you guys think?

He is here from the 21/11 to 2/12 so he will be here for 2 saturdays in cork.
