A Dub based in Blessington, Wicklow...forever a blow in

keepin it simple first time round - Coopers Lager kit first , big IPA fan so maybe that next -

Any tip on jazzing up a Lager kit ??

or leave well alone - a mate in work suggested a swig of maple syrup , but I'd hate to ruin it first time out....

No, keep it simple! Plenty of time (the rest of your life!) for tweaking!

Spose yer right there, at a 21 day turn-around I've lots to do and learn

It's definitely good to build from a starting point - keep plenty of notes!
