Idealy I'd like to brew weekly, but that rarely works out.
I aim for a brew a forthnight.
Well?
I tend to go bananas for a few weeks then nothing for a couple of months.
I'm on an average of 3 weeks these days, 2 brews every month and a bit. I'd like to get a fortnightly double brew session on but can't find the time, but coming into late October and November I should get enough time to get a brew a week going! (Two every fortnight!)
Very rare for me and getting rarer :(
I still haveent opened one of the 2 bags of malt i got 2 group buys ago .
Last time was about 2 months ago - and it was prob 2 months before that for the time before.
Haha - well yous can organise the "making it look acceptable" party first - bring a drop of electricity with ya too!
Usually 2 brews a month, done on the same day.
I keg / bottle the previous batch a week before brewing again.
That means about 3 weeks in primary whether they like it or not.
I haven't brewed in a year, but am about to start again soon. Due to my large batch sizes I tend to be about once every 6-8 weeks.
I fully intend to tear the arse out of it shortly though and do a number of brews in quick succession and build up a large stockpile so I won't have to brew for a few months at least.
Once a week for 5 or 6 weeks then a gap till the stock runs down. The new brewery (if it ever gets finished) will be a 50l capacity so every 2 or 3 weeks should be sufficient and a bit more do-able.
I have been drinking Lidl beer a few times lately as my penance for not making nice beer! That encourages me to finish the brewery and get brewing again.
