Title: Water shortage panic
Post by: Mike on November 02, 2013, 08:32:10 PM
My brew day was delayed several times and I am only at wort chilling stage. I've got some water coming through but I fear that it's nearly all gone!  I'm at 80c now, what temperature is "safe" to stop at?

I'm using a plastic DIY boiler with kettle bits sticking out so I can't chill it in ice or anything...

Cheers!

Cheers. My bike was stolen from the garden the other week, if they take this I'll be really pissed!
