2 years trying my best to brew ,most of that time spent modifying equipment rather than producing beautiful amber nectar  :P

An equipment builder aye cool but can you weld stainless steel :) oh and welcome to the fun factory

What kind of welder does stainless? MIG or TIG?
I've selded some stainless by stick but it's messy ahd difficult

You can use Tig (with Argon/5% CO2 gas) but while its Ok for structural work you need Tig for the tricky stuff

Tig plus pure Argon gives you incredible fine control but its much slower tham Mig.

You can use CO2 with Mig but the weld bead tends to be black.

You must use Argon with Tig

Aparently typing was messy and difficult this morning too! :D

Your first line hurts my brain. Was one of those TIGs supposed to be a MIG?
I'm guessing you meant mig for structure and tig for precision. yeah?

And finally. Which is the one you can use for aluminium?
I'm guessing TIG again if it's slower.
