My attempt at a winter ale

Brew 27-9-13
Btl 15-10-13
OG 1058
FG 1012
ABV 6.6%

1kg Finlandia kit
1.5kg LME
200g carapils
100g aroma
100g chocolate
100g wheat spray malt
500g brown sugar
50g of raisins soaked in 100ml rum for 5 days
3 cloves
1 star anise
50g fuggles at 60mins
50g galena at 60mins
40g perle at 60mins
50g dana at 10mins

300g golden syrup added on day 5
rind of 2 oranges added on day 5

15lt brew

put this into the national comp 21-B and got a score of 34.
