I'm new to the site. I have been brewing a couple of months and as my second brew I decided to go for a partial extract. I use a 1.8kg wheat beer kit with a can of LME and 300g of dextro. I steeped 250g of Belgian biscuit 50 ebc for 30 minutes. But alas I have no hops to add so it should be quite malty.
it came out quite dark more than I thought it would it went into the primary at 1.052 and started fermenting in about 10 hours.
Sounds good! Can't beat a good Dunkelwiesen.
