Can't really see if its Murphys or Guinness but common practice to serve from 2 kegs, a flat and a "high" some amount of foam coming out at 0.07
So thats where Heinekin got the idea 0.28

What they're doing shows a purpose for the 2 part pour, unlike they do in the pubs nowadays. absolutely pointless in my opinion.

I'd say what you're seeing there lads is more a result of a fresh cask being tapped and massive amounts of foam gushing out. You still see this in Germany, they roll the cask in, throw it onto the counter and tap it straight away. Obviously the beer has been shook up something fierce and several pints of foam come gushing out. This is kept and used to top up glasses that are poured afterwards.
The beer looks inviting and the lads are certainly knocking it back. Not a bad song either.
